HOW ARE MY MAX HOURS OF CARE CALCULATED?
We see each family as a special unit and base our calculations of care hours depending on their specific need for care. All families require different hours of care as they are employed at different times of the 24hr day. In order to have specific hours and fees for your family, we must meet and discuss the needs of your family. You may schedule an appointment.

IS XOKIAHI KIDS ACTUALLY OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY?
Yes, we are available to be open 24hours a day. We have round the clock service. However, if we do not have children registered for care after 10pm, we will close for the night.
XOKIAHI KIDS IS A NONPROFIT HOW DOES THAT AFFECT YOUR SERVICE?
Xokiahi Kids is a nonprofit organization by way of being a program of Xokiahi Cares, Inc. However, this doesn't hurt your service or the way we conduct business. Being a nonprofit pertains to our tax status and our reason for existing, charity.
HOW DO I REGISTER FOR CARE?
Simply complete our registration form and schedule an appointment. Bring the following to your appointment: the child's immunization records, physical, birth certificate, and any other legal documents of custody, restraining, or visitation.

I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF A 24HR CHILDCARE CENTER, CAN A CHILD STAY FOR 24HOURS STRAIGHT?
No, children are not allowed to stay for 24 hours straight.

WHAT TIME DOES THE STAFF AT THE CENTER SLEEP DURING THE NIGHT?
Our staff members NEVER sleep while on duty during the evening hours of care. The ensure the children are asleep by 9pm for a good night's rest.

WHAT IS A COMPLIMENTARY SATURDAY OR SUNDAY?
Each month, you may pick one Saturday or Sunday in order to drop the child for GET A BREAK DAY/NIGHT! This day is one day that you are not already using for your care.
