Are you interested in becoming a Xokiahi Cares, Inc volunteer? Well we would love to have you. As with any organization reaching out to the community, we have training for our volunteers. As a 501c3 organization we are required to fill certain boxes. This training allows you to be ready to put your muscle to work for the community while keeping the boxes checked. GROUP MANAGER TRAINING

Are you the POC for your respective Xokiahi Cares, Inc volunteer organization? Well, we would love to have you. We are holding a training for you to be equipped to be a Volunteer Manager for your organization at our volunteer events. As a 501c3 organization, we are required to fill certain boxes. This training allows you as a POC organizer to ensure your group of volunteers are ready to put their muscle to work for the community while keeping the boxes checked. BASIC LIFE SAVERS (BLS)

HEARTSAVERS CPR/FIRST AID/ AED CERTIFICATION TRAINING

AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION

These are classroom video-based, Instructor-led courses that teach students/medical providers the critical skills to respond and manage an emergency in the first few minutes until emergency personnel or health care professionals arrive on the scene. These courses teach CPR, compressions, and breaths as well as the use of the Automated External Defibrillator (AED). This is a certified course, a completion course card is issued at the end of the training.

Courses Lengths: Approximately 4 hours, initial and renewal, same length of Time

Course Requirement: BLS Provider manual or Heartsaver First Aid/AED/CPR student manual

*NOTE: Heartsaver Course can be taken for Adult and Infant CPR Certification

*Instructor DOES NOT work for American Heart Association

Classes are $100.00 for 2-year certification and student handbook.
